Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

We offer free shipping on orders of $30.00 USD or more within the continental United States. Orders of $29.99 USD or less ship for $10.00 within the continental United States.

We ship to Alaska and Hawaii for a flat rate of $10.00 per order.

We currently do not ship to U.S. territories, or foreign countries.

Local delivery

We offer local delivery to our wholesale customers in Whatcom and Skagit County, Washington. Please contact us to place your wholesale order and set up delivery.

Local Pickup

We currently do not offer local pickup options.

International Shipping

We currently do not ship outside the United States.

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

Due to the perishable nature of food and to ensure sanitary products, we do not allow returns in most cases. However, we have a 7-day exchange policy should you receive incorrect or damaged items, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request an exchange. We will cover shipping if an exchange is necessary due to our error.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at ContactUs@WashingtonHazelnutLLC.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
